The most friendly and helpful Doctors and staffs. So convenience and give good medicine and advice. Just, I hope they can improve toilet facility especially for old people.

Buka pukul 8.30am. My mother was very, very sick and needed immediate attention. We came by at 8.20 hoping to see the doctor as soon as the clinic opens. But unfortunately the staff said that the doctor will only arrive at 9/9.15am. Thats another 40+ minutes of waiting time. Kalau doctor datang lambat, jangan buka awal. Kita nak jumpa doctor, bukan nak jumpa staff. Luckily another clinic was already opened in the area so my mother was attended immediately. I have no comment about the service, sebab tak sempat nak jumpa doctor so based on the doctor’s “punctuality”, i have to give it 1 star. Please improve. Kalau doctor memang jenis datang lambat hari-hari, tukar lah waktu buka tu. Kalau pasal medical attention ni memang sensitive sikit sebab kalau tak betul sakit, memang malas nak pergi klinik. I’ll complain to the HQ as well.
