我是按时依照医生上次的指示前来复诊，但在就诊过程中，医生语气欠缺耐心，在我分享居家观察感受时被直接打断，甚至说“不要太多故事”。这样的回应让我作为病人感到不被尊重。

此外，关于饮食注意事项，我再次确认时，护士的回应也非常生硬，明显不愿意重复解释。病人提出疑问是为了更好配合治疗，而不是给医护人员添麻烦。这样的态度让人感到冷漠与敷衍。

上次医生交代三个月后复诊，但又在前一次要求我两星期后复诊。结果我今天按时前来，却被质疑为什么会来。这种前后不一致，不仅让病人困惑，更显示出对待病人的随意和不负责任。

医护人员不应把个人情绪带入工作。病人花钱花时间来看病，本应得到专业与尊重，却反而感受到不耐烦和轻视。这样的态度实在不专业。

另外，二楼柜台收费人员在电话催缴时态度轻浮，还在通话过程中笑闹，完全没有基本的严肃与职业感。对病人而言，这是极度不尊重的表现。

希望医院能够真正重视病人的感受，而不是把病人当成打扰工作的存在！！！

I came for my follow-up appointment strictly according to the doctor’s previous instructions, but during the consultation, the doctor spoke impatiently and interrupted me while I was sharing my home observation experience, saying “don’t tell too many stories.” Such a response made me, as a patient, feel disrespected.

In addition, when I reconfirmed dietary restrictions, the nurse responded in a very harsh manner, clearly unwilling to repeat the explanation. Patients ask questions to better follow the treatment plan, not to cause trouble for medical staff. Such an attitude feels cold and dismissive.

Previously, the doctor instructed me to return for a follow-up after three months, but during the last visit told me to return in two weeks. Yet when I came today as instructed, I was questioned as to why I was here. This inconsistency not only confuses patients but also shows an irresponsible and careless approach to patient care.

Medical staff should not bring personal emotions into their work. Patients spend both money and time to seek medical care and deserve professionalism and respect, but instead I felt impatience and disregard. Such an attitude is highly unprofessional.

Furthermore, the staff at the second-floor billing counter behaved inappropriately during a payment reminder call, laughing and joking while speaking with me. This lack of seriousness is extremely disrespectful to patients.

年初在这医院做了个小手术，下半身麻醉，手术室里边的护士和医生非常专业友好，可是被推入三楼的病房恶梦就来了，前台对接的护士，长得有点像印裔的护士感觉不想上班可以不用来，我没得罪你，也没有做出不礼貌的事情，不需要这样恶脸相待，过后被推入病房时护士既然没有把呼叫器放在我随手可以拿到的地方，而是依然挂在墙上，下半身麻醉都不可能取到那呼叫器，由于下半身麻醉，尴尬的事情来了，排泄尿液是完全没有感觉的，到发现时床上已经湿完了，要寻求帮助，结果呼叫器挂在墙上，这显得kpj医院是多么的不专业，这么低级的错误，好在有好朋友在kpj上班，记得当时她还在吉隆坡上课，只好硬着头皮拨电向她求助，通知前台的护士帮我更换衣服和床单，过后在kpj的网页写出了我的投诉，也接了客服的电话，说道会调查和做出行动，可想这事情肯定不了了之，因为再也没有任何跟近的讯息，基本的工作sop既然不会，怎么可以把病人的生命交给在一些不负责任的护士手上，而且不止一次，我舅开刀换膝盖，当时被推去底楼照X-ray，结果电梯坏了，可是止痛药却没了，当时那针筒的止疼药就在三楼的病房里，电梯坏了，就应该让病人白白受罪了吗，电梯修好了，被推入病房又是没有把呼叫器放在病人随手可以取到的地方，太差，太失望，相信就算管理层看到我这客诉，应该还是选择性的略过
医生很好，就是（部分）土著护士非常不专业和态度很差

Admitted in March for surgery under Dr. Li. From admission, ward care (POD), until discharge. every part of the service was excellent. The staff were efficient, caring, and professional throughout. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Li, the nurses, and everyone involved in my care. your dedication truly made a difference.

A big thank you to Dr Pau and his pretty nurses in Kpj Sibu for all their care to my 5 month baby warded two days ago.They do checking regularly.they educate me a lot on how to handle fever in my baby.

I've been here for several occasions. The last one would be my final decision not to come here again. During emergency, i went here to check my baby due high fever. End up they gave us "Penadol" to ease the fever. I'm not satisfied with the explanation, the next day i went to child specialist, shockingly, my baby was diagnosed with HFMD. To KPJ Sibu, "CARE FOR LIFE" I don't think you care about my baby's life. Change you SOP.
