I have been calling lembaga for straight 3days nobody answered the call and finally today someone answered and she asked me to call upon an extension number and i did but nobody picked up the call since 2pm until 4.30pm what’s happening i understand they might be busy but this don’t tell me even 1 staff also cannot answer the call i did not call 1 time many times each time… this is so irresponsible and im so disappointed with LPP service …please improvise the call service and the team place a better person for the customer service. Very difficult to clarify some important information. We need active and proactive people more in LPP

I call up for make e payment.. but the stafff is very rude cus talking bad bout me cos i made e payment on 30/9.. whyy If i byr fi lewat pun kenapa Duit sy so biarlah and why you kutuk2 bout me with your friends Is this how you teach your staff Plg geram mengumpat dgn kwn dia ckp sy budak2 suka merayap pastu last minute baru nk buat..that your job skop that just do your work and dont judge me without knew me🙄I byr lewat cos i had my onw reasons…

Very confusing place. No proper directory. Their staffs park their cars randomly by the road side which congesting the streets.
