Clinic bersih , pelayanan ok , peralatan lengkap, Dokter & resepsionisnya pun ramah , biarpun sy buat pemeriksaan yg promo paket RM138 & kawan sy paket RM238 tp kita dilayani dgn baik , kita rasa puas hati,, utk sesiapa yg mau buat pemeriksaan kesehatan sy syorkan utk datang ke clinic ini ,, terima kasih krn udah bg promot ini tak pandang biarpun kt bukan org tempatan ,

Bawa anak p klinik tapiTunggu punye lama hampir 1 jam.
X tau ape dr buat. Pesakit ade 3 org shj.suruh kami pakai mask tapi pelanggan lain bole pulak x pakai..

Wait almost 2 hours for only 3 patients in front of me, dunno wat to do. I am waiting to see doctor and only having my lunch with medicine, but I wait here until gastric. If you are sick, really not recommend to come for this clinic.

I saw the advertisement for RM138 OBG related examinations including Pelvic and breast ultrasound scans and PAP smear.

The female OBG doctor, Dr. Tan is very good. She is attentive, and explain the necessity of very important medical examination besides the things in the RM138 package. I added HPV test and infection check.

Receiving the result of the examinations was a bit mess. They sent me a whatsapp message I could walk in, but when I walked in the reception asked me if I made an appointment. I explained and showed the WhatsApp message that said no appointment was necessary. But the receptionist told me to wait for all other patients were done. I told her, if that’s the case they should have instructed me to make an appointment in advance.

After the doctor’s consultation during which I asked the result of the exams, a young male doctor prescribed me a medication, which he said I can buy from the clinic.

So I went to the receptionist, stood in front of the lady, and waited. The receptionist lady was sorting out some paper files, did not even ask me why I was standing in front of her. Finally after a few minutes when I asked her about the prescription, she looked surprised and went inside to get the medication which has been packed for me.

I felt the communication between the doctors and receptionist was poor, needs to improve.

Recommended Dr Tan Pii Vin, she is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She explains things clearly and is happy to answer all questions. She is also calm and cheerful.

Brought my wife for antenatal scan here. Very clean and neat clinic with good ambience. Dr Tan is very friendly and gave detailed explanation during ultrasound. She gave a lot of great advices and recommended us to do NICC test (Non invasive chromosome check) at 11 weeks pregnancy. No long waiting time as I had made appointment for Ultrasound

這診所有兩位Dr Tan, 一位是男，另一位是女，陳碧雲醫生，第一次見她是在Strait Quay 的一間Clinic,那次是去打covid-19 Vaccine時認識陳醫生，當時已感覺到她非常細心，直到現在，無論生病，或體檢都是往她的診所啊。
