As a diabetic patient, I need to change my appointment date. Called since 01/9/2025 till today no answer. Called Pejabat Kesihatan, they also couldn't reach them. Klinik management is so lame, perhaps it's time to change Ketua Klinik!

Suffering food poisoning and frequent diabolical discharge. Came here today at 08:00, was told to follow the appointment time in MySejahtera. Came back at 10:00 and waited till 11:00, just to be referred to Bukit Minyak clinic because they don't have a lab to test. Seriously WHAT THE HECK is wrong with this clinic? So incompetent even just to diagnose a food poisoning case? Baik tukar Ketua Klinik and instead of calling it a Klinik, might as well call it a hut!

Next time please appoint a better doctor unlike that young Wong Kok Hoe. Talk as if he's like a CMO and own your health. I'm a diabetic patient experiencing soreness entire body. Today I went to this clinic due to soreness but also have sinus. He diagnosed me only with sinus. Malaysia boleh!

Also this clinic lacking of seats inside. Pharmacy takes as long as 25 minutes to wait. We pay our taxes for this kind of treatment? Better to implement social healthcare so I would rather pay a certain amount monthly and go to a private clinic to have my health issues covered.

Service: not professional, didn't ask for more details on the patient's symptoms and just simply give pain killer and consider settle..?

Attitude: rude and impolite, I doubt what is the standard for a person to become a doctor or nurse if having this kind of attitude?

First time visit here, no signboard mention the parking lot only for staffs. Hence, our car has been blocked by the staff's car. When we want go out, the staff don't want to move their car especially there are no patients in the clinic and they said they are busying.

Not advisable to come for this clinic.

I had booked appoinment by my sejahtera on 2pm, until 3pm they said they cant give mc even for a day , and ask me to request mc from Bukit minyak branch... Very bad service ....They dont care for patients....

The worst klinik kesihatan, nurses not polite very rude, gossiping trying to reduce workload convinced patient to go private hospital for follow up. going there under ibu Dan anak for my third child it's been 7 years( pink book is important and compulsory)no changes in service very bad. Giving all the patient appointment at 8am over crowded never thinking patient has newborn or pregnant. Need to write down all name and complaint to higher authority.. these particular klinik is the worst service, come on man everyone is paying taxes. And the government klinik is for all malaysian this is how we get treated 😠

Lousy service & bad attitude.
We entered the parking here to make a u-turn. At the same time, a staff car was blocking us.
Then, the staff purposely let us to wait for 30mins before we leave. (Reason: they claimed that the area is staff parking, but no signboard there!!) I told them politely that we are here for the first time. There is no signboard to mention it is staff parking. Haizzz. (1st and the last time, NOT RECOMMENDED)

Saya call untuk bagitahu tidak dapat hadir epoiment,tapi cara nurse tu cakap sangat mengecewakan tak bagi kerjasama saya tanya bila pulak boleh pergi katanya nanti ,nanti tu bila maksud saya,saya telefon bagitau PON dah cukup baik ,dari diam !!!!
