Pei Pei (the staff name) is genuinely fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly cares about her clients. Unlike other places she takes the time to explain the process and how the treatment will go, She is also really lovely and great to chat to whilst the treatment happens. I also saw results after one session which was amazing! I am so glad I found her and wouldn’t go anywhere else! (I do permanent hair removal too. I recommend this place)

Paid for total of rm520, covering medi pedi 2x tea for 2pax, say an average of rm250/pax. It is a lump sum charges, free selection of colour in your choice. Please take note that there will be additional Rm15 charges for removal your existing gel nail and rm20 charges for mixing colour, which both only were told during payment. Pricing wise it on the higher end, but based on my >10y experience on gel nails, the pedicure is fair, there is scrub, mask and light massage. For the medicure you can tell that the medicurist is lack of experience, took longer time, not familiar with the application, and the worst past, she cuts me multiple time. She genuinely apologized on that time and tried to applied some sanitation and spray, but when I got home I noticed there is more!!
I think the most important part in this industry is not to hurt your client, also I hope the foundation of cleaning your tools is there, chances of cross contamination & disease transmission is high. Honestly even if they have good skills & services, I will not return. The pricing is just absurd.

Had a good experience here. The manicurist was lovely! She understood my situation as I was running late for my appointment. I requested for marble as shown. I showed a photo and she nailed it! Oh, I had a small cut on my finger, it was close to the nail but she carefully worked around it so I experienced no pain the entire session. She was that good! The price worth the service.

Nice place to go for a pedicure in Miri.

Prices are reasonable. And the staff is very friendly.

The decor is beautiful. They have many choices for nail colors, both gel and regular.

They are professional and very customer-oriented.

I was pleased with my pedicure.

Today I brought my mum for manicure service. Pei Pei is very friendly and nice manicurist. She helped my mum customized nail colors and she did it very nice and quick. My mum very satisfied with her service and said will go back there again next time. Thank you very much.

I think this is one of the worst pedicure which I ever done. Uneven distribution of the nail Polish over few nails... And we paid extra service charge for this due to Chinese new year, so at least maintain a regular standard? Will not visit again. 😞

Had a really good experience here. Previous nail salon did not do a good job so I needed a fix, and this was the only place in the area that accepted walk-ins. My manicurist was lovely and friendly. She also communicated really well so my nails turned out really nice. Only downside is that the price can be a bit higher than other salons but at least they're transparent with their pricing.

Love the service !!! I love how they are very helpful in picking colours and design. It is my first time going for manicure and it is exceptional 😍 the customer service is outstanding and the saloon is beautiful and comfy 💖 will come heree again, soon ! 💋
