The workers service is so bad. If i ask for some medicine they are just telling dont have stock always.Not only one its already sonmany times i have across this problem. What a nonsense face expression are they giving to the customer.👎👎👎

During my visit, I interacted with one of your pharmacy assistants who, unfortunately, was extremely rude and unhelpful and her name is Hanim Najwa . When I approached the counter to ask about the medication advice, , the staff member responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was spoken to in a tone that was both abrupt and discourteous.

I also found that the assistant made no effort to help resolve my issue or provide clear information. Instead, the interaction left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. As a customer and more importantly, as someone relying on your pharmacy for health-related services I believe that basic courtesy, patience, and professionalism should be expected from all staff members.

The 2 malay girl staff are so rude.(they both wearing a spectacles one)At 1st i went there to buy a compresion socks for my mother,and the malay girl staff is came ask what u looking for…i said i want to buy my mom a socks…then she said ok,later pls bring back ur mom so that we can measure the socks size here…after 2 hours i went back again with my mom and looking for the staff…the other spectacles staff came name something start withrusilawa…i dnt know..i repeated the same blah2 wan to buy a sock n want to measure and also spoken to the other staff alrdy before…then sddnly the malay girl said usually we not measure here,nurse the one will measure or doctor the one,she keep on fighting,then i ask tadi the staff said can,y suddnly cannot..then the 1st staff came she also tukar cerita..like betul pelik la kenapa tak ukur siap2 kt hospital…i just keep quiet…padahal the measurement tape is there and im wondering how did doctor and nurse know to measure padahal the instruct to measure behind the box only. As a pharmacist u both dont know hw to measure ?come on la..pls be nice n friendly to customer..u are treating us like beggar like we asking sedekah.pls laa we pay for it.dnt be lazyyy ok..!

The store is well laid out and attractive. I used to get very good customer service, including in the old store. However the young male manager on duty this evening is unenthusiastic and can do with some training in customer service.
