Won’t be coming here again. I have booked appointment for influenza shoot at 2pm sharp. Reach there do all the paperwork and waited. 2.30pm I went to ask when is my turn as there is no one there. Front desk told me the doctor is not here yet. Ask me to wait again. I just walk out straight away. Since you accept the appointment at 2pm it s the doctor should be there. Waste of time

Deliver my child here. Dr Lee the O&G was really good, Dr Choong the paeds also good. During my stay there, the nurse was really helpful and good even the cleaner lady also good.
The only cons was aircond in the room that I stayed was leaking sometimes and made me and my husband uncomfortable.

Bad Experience.

Receptionist failed to exhibit professional manner when attending patients. This attitude should not be in the medical facility. Understand its festive season , you are there to perform designated tasks , do it well.

A family member (I wont identify this person due to privacy and confidentiality) of mine who was really ill had really poor treatment and care by one of the doctors. I sent my family member to another healthcare facility and the other doctors found out that the medication given was actually a contraindication and that had such a poor outcome on this person. But fortunately now, this person is stable.

Drs are OK. Mri's also good manners. Nurses are rude and very unhelpful. I don't know why they are there for. Even the cleaners helped me to open the windows. Had a painful time there. Drinking water is a luxury in vip room. Better send them off and let ppl who really needs the job. I am very surprised that even the TV programme (DIY tuning) are very limited compared to my friend staying in another private clinic. I have a feeling I am going to DIY to death or bored to death.

The orthopedic clinic - Dr has good bedside manners. Explained his diagnosis in lay man's terms.
Physiotherapy - friendly n also explained the reasons n purpose for treatments. Patient in teaching exercises.
Charges for xray, CT scan, consultation n physio were reasonable.

Poor in terms of hygiene. On 2 occasions washroom ran out of not only toilet paper but handsoap! Basic necessity!
