My name is Doris from Sabah and I am very grateful to the team at this Miri Love Elderly Care Centre for the wonderful care they have given my sister, Rose. At 80 years old, she went through a tough time after a fall that required an operation, followed by a lung infection during her recovery. The nurses and staff have been outstanding – attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. They provided regular check-ups and assisted with blood tests promptly, and even helped by taking her to the hospital when needed. This support eased a lot of the burden for our family and gave us great peace of mind.
The centre is very clean, well-maintained, and provides a warm and welcoming environment. Weekend activities, physiotherapy sessions, and special celebrations made a big difference in her recovery, not only physically but also emotionally. The meals were well prepared and thoughtfully planned, and she truly enjoyed dining with her friends there.
Thanks to the excellent care and support, my sister has been able to recover much faster and with peace of mind. I highly recommend this centre for anyone looking for a safe, caring, and supportive place for their loved ones.

My mother had fallen down last August. As worrying about her condition, we decided to send her to this home care. The staff helped her to shower and prepare meals for her. They treat her and others very polite and friendly. The environment is well equipped. She stayed in a twin shared room with a private bathroom. Every morning, after breakfast, they have simple exercise (except Sunday). During my mum's stay, they had a Senior Citizen day and Mooncake Festival ceremony. My mum has a free haircut from volunteers. She has a fast recovery with 2 months (Doctor expecting 3 months). She went home happily. I considered they have provided excellent home care and professional service.

This care center is for the elderly as well as those who require care/assistance/recovering from surgery and illness.

They have several rooms that can accommodate 2 persons/room and comes with its own private bathroom and toilet. Each person is provided with their own wardrobe, table and chair. They also have a larger room that can accommodate more beds.

Meals and snacks are provided throughout the day. Laundry is also provided. They also arrange daily simple exercises and recreational activities.

They have a great team of staff who are very friendly and helpful. The staff also records the bp and temperature at least 2x a day. The staff also helps to dispense the daily medication.

The location is also good and very near to Miri Hospital.

Are you looking for rehabilitation after surgery services in Miri? This place is recommended. With decent price, a bunch of loving patience helpers and most importantly they have good experiences nurses (part-time/full-time) and qualified doctor in the house. From my side I think there are things that can be improved like comfort layer of mattress for post-surgery patients and their cleanliness…. Thanx
