I feel very comfortable to buy health products from this particular pharmacy. The interior setting is quite trendy and comfortable. The salesperson will assist you directly when browsing for products and the pharmacists are also knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The prices are also more affordable than the giant pharmacies like Caring/Watsons. All in all, would definitely recommend for everyone!

Not trustable pharmacy. Went to buy eye drop and the sales person recommended this brand, cost RM21.90. That sales person explained that this eye drop can only use for a month after opening. Went home and found out that actually can use for 6 months after opening. I guess the sales person said 1 month was due to it's going to expire in July 2020. Not very honest.

I helped my elderly parents buy their medicine and creams from this Uptown branch during MCO. I only whatsapp them, paid online and they dropped off the items into my car boot.
They responded fast to all my questions on whatsapp, and very patient with my long list of orders.
Good service, I don't need to walk into any shop to get my supplies.

They place a bunch of 60ml hand sanitizer into a bowl and the price wrote RM4.50 got antigen sanitizer. But apparently it was wet wipe and not the 60ml hand sanitizer. Instead the hand sanitizer was RM 14.90 just for a 60ml. Rip off pharmacy. Other pharmacy was selling 50ml for RM4. This 60ml hand sanitizer was too much. Trippled the price. Then there were 2 cashier. Ppl were lining up all over. 1 was ringing up efficiently with nice customer service. The one I got was horrible. The efficient one rings up 3 while mine have not finished 1. Then when it's my turn i saw touch n go and ask to pay with tng he told me credit card and cash only. But on the other cashier let's ppl ring up tng. Forces you to be member and said if next time mask and sanitizer limited we wont sell to non member.
My first and last visit every. Not supporting this pharmacy.

with mask and sanitisers in short supply, this is one of the few pharmacy that still have some stock. however, do not expect good service. my experience - cashier was very helpful to explain the various options of sanitisers available. however, the lady manning the crowd control was very rude and sarcastic, making many statements loudly about us creating the que with our queries on the various sanitisers. Praise should be given to the cashier but the experience was ruined by the lady staff.

Very good service with great staff to advise customer and pharmacist. They also have loyalty program to collect points and get discount on the sale day👍
