The hired staff there are caring and helpful. Kudos to them. Unfortunately part of the experience isn’t great. I had to bring our own plain crackers because dad wanted extra pieces between meals. Every resident is only allowed one pillow, do bring more of your own if you need more than one as they are strict about not providing extra. Dad acquired covid there, transmitted in the facility which led him to develop pressure sores which speaks a lot about the care he was getting. We were extremely unhappy that they only gave short notice when they wanted to send dad out to another place with a room downgrade and a 20% raise on the charges. It was utter disbelief.

Very recommended nursing home in PJ. Food quality is very good,environment is clean and the most important thing is that my love one is very well taken care for. My love one actually gain significant weight and the glow on her face has returned since being taken care by the centre. Ms Lee was very patient with us when we were very distressed in the initial stage of admission, not knowing what to do after the hospital discharged. She sat us down and spent her time to explain all the ins and outs of our situation and she is very hands on with this. No other nursing home has provided such a detail explanations like she did.

We are very confident of having our love one in the nursing home. No other words can describe our relief and happiness of seeing our love ones being well taken care and happy about the care she is having.

Staffs here are very friendly, bonus being an experienced cook preparing meals that suit the elderly. Environment is very clean and it's also a low density care centre.
Overall it's a lovely home for elderly to enjoy the finest days of their retirement. Children can have a peace of mind knowing that their parents are well taken care of here!

The principal Ms Lee is not flexible and quite disengaged. Only allow 1 single contact point with her and yet information given is unclear. Created inconveniences to family members wanting to visit. Stingy in the meals and facilities like fan unless one complains. Always promote of selling of her products and frighten the poor old folks that staying there with her negative so called professional advice. Would not recommend any friends who seek for such home
