I must say that Shine Phamacy (Christina) is the best phamacies that i ever came across in the city. She not only introduce /priscribe the right medicine for you to consider BUT she also willing to share his experiences and opinion to improve the condition and situation of the patient. I come to this outlet almost every month to buy vitamins but the service is not really good. Even though you see many staff standing around no one will help you, you have to go around to look for them. Most of the staff are not very experienced and what I was not happy about the cashiers are not always at the counter. Even there's no customer around you have to wait awhile for the cashier to come to the counter. Sometime when you are in a hurry you get so annoyed they are walking slowly to counter. It happened to me numerous times. Please improve the service especially the cashier always missing in action!

Highly recommended due to their professionalism and good ethics.

They don't simply sell doctors prescribed medicines. The pharmacist will ask several questions and discourage one from buying if it is harmful.

Last year, I went there to buy a doctor prescribed cream for my kid's skin problem. The Chinese lady pharmacist took the trouble to ask me several questions carefully and politely. Eg. who is using this cream, age of user, how do i know about this cream, and how many tubes have the person used.

After knowing this is the 3rd/4th tube, the pharmacist told me the medicine will make the skin thin. Hence, it is not recommended for long term use. She sort of discouraged me from buying. But I insisted on buying(as I don't like hearing my kid complained on itchy skin). She had no choice but advised me to buy a smaller tube.

Until now, I didn't give the cream to my kid. The pharmacist had alerted me on the effect of the medicine which two other previous pharmacies elsewhere just sell to me without raising a question (which is a common Malaysian practice/culture).

If I were to buy medicine again, this pharmacist will be my first choice. I respect their professionalism and good ethics! Keep up the good work!

I purchased bamboo fiber knee support on 23.9.2020, after notice too small the next morning 24.9.2020 go shine pharmacy for exchange the size. The sale person said that, the item cant be exchange because i already bring back. OK fine ... if cant exchange WHY before payment didnot mention early. Do you think all customer will read the messages stated below your recipe. Even other small shop also mention in advance the item cant exchange pls check properly. I do not see the well known Pharmacy have this kind of service. The purpose purchased from Pharmacy with the thinking if size unmatched then still can exchange. But end up ..... better purchase from online cheaper and no headache. Waste of money .... purchased somethings cant be use 🙁

Lady pharmacist is always on the watch on her phone. It's as if she is always concentrating on her phone instead of paying attention to what the customer is asking!

I went there to buy surgical masks. She said "can buy 10 pieces per customer". The government didn't control the sale of surgical masks. In fact, those pharmacies just want to sell in 10 pieces to make money! Don't BS me that you care for people! You are just doing business only. If you care for people, why don't you sell cheaper?!

You are one of the lousiest pharmacists in town!
