I recently purchased a box of medication from this pharmacy and was disappointed to find that it was from 2022 stock, even though the expiry date is next year. Other pharmacies are already carrying the 2024 batch of the same product. Additionally, the box did not include the manufacturer's leaflet, which is an important source of information for consumers.

When I requested to exchange it for a newer batch, I was told that all they have is 2022 stock. They refused to provide a refund and only allowed me to exchange for other products.

As a customer, I expect pharmacies to provide up-to-date stock, complete products with all required information, and more flexible return or refund options. I hope the management addresses these issues and improves their service quality.

Used to be very professional and reasonable price pharmacy in Butterworth but once they open up a newly renovated outlet the prices for medicine and other products increase tremendously. Charges for tablets and allergic wash was extremely expensive while i manage to get it for cheaper price in another pharmacy.

Bad service and try to con me to buy at far more expensive price. There are so many pharmacy around and i only get half of the price for the same item on the pharmacy next street. Won’t ever go visit again
