I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the extremely poor service and unprofessional attitude I encountered at your pharmacy, Sunway Pharmacy Jenjarom.

During my visit, I was treated with disrespect and impatience by one of your staff members. The staff showed no willingness to assist, was dismissive in tone, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable as a customer. I find this behavior completely unacceptable, especially from a healthcare-related business where professionalism and empathy should be a priority.

I sincerely hope this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to ensure no other customers have to experience the same.

*Terrible Experience – Gave Wrong Medicine! Please Be Cautious**

My husband and I visited **Sunway Multicare Pharmacy** on **Saturday, 7th June**, with a **doctor’s prescription** and even brought **empty strips of the previous medicine** to ensure accuracy. Even I Asked twise is this right medicine the staff responded with attitude She said Yes , Despite that, the pharmacy staff gave us the wrong medication. My husband takes daily medication for Vitamin B12 deficiency, so it’s crucial he gets the right one.

We only discovered the mistake during a specialist check-up on 10th June, when the doctor noticed he had been consuming the wrong medicine.This is extremely irresponsible and dangerous.

I went back to the pharmacy today to check and inform them – the staff only responded with a casual Sorry". There was no accountability or proper explanation. I am deeply concerned – **what if this mistake had caused a serious health issue?**

Another major concern: it seems that **any staff member, including those at the cashier**, can access and dispense medication. Everyone wears the same blue uniform, and it is **unclear if all of them are licensed pharmacists. This is unacceptable. Medicines should only be handled by certified professionals, not just anyone.

This was an extremely terrible and dangerous experience. Please, do not risk your life by purchasing medicine from this pharmacy I am also in the process of filing a formal complaint with KKM (Ministry of Health Malaysia)

Your health and safety should never be compromised.
