Been here few times. With husband or sister. Some staff doing good but some not. They like to talk a lot during massage while the purpose of people going there is to relax instead listen to them chitchat. Need to improve in terms of environment since other Spa doing better.

I loveeee to have massage here! It was great and I really love the massage. It was my first time here. It was better than I had in Bangkok. My pain was gone! I felt relief! Definitely will come here again! 🤗🤗

Aromatheraphy massage: RM50 for 1 hour, RM 75 for 1.5 hrs. Pretty good thai massage. Could be even better than the normal massage parlours in BKK. The store front looks a bit worn out but inside interior is pretty decent. There wasnt any bed sheets on the floor mattress but just a piece of undersized cloth/sheet, and I'm not sure if they cleaned all their cloths properly so that's one star down for me. Other than that, was worth visiting.

1st time going here everything doing well.. 2nd time its the worst ever and i'll never come again. The lady kinda not in mood and too harsh on me. She just massage not in a good way. My body felt hurt after the treatment. Not recommend. Will recommend u to go Ladies beauty spa or V spa instead. Tq. This review for your rude service. If i can put NEGATIVE ONE, THAT IS YOUR LEVEL.

I recently visited Oasis Medan for a massage and was extremely disappointed. The masseuse (No. 8) seemed disinterested and rushed, ignoring my requests to ease up on the pressure. Despite asking her to slow down, she continued with overpowering force, causing me significant discomfort and pain, particularly in my arms. She giggled and chatted with the other masseuses nearby, mimicking my reaction to the pain.
During the session, I felt tense and uncomfortable instead of relaxed. Despite voicing my dissatisfaction, my concerns were ignored. Afterward, I reached out to them about the bruising, but received a dismissive response from the admin, with no apology offered.
Overall, the lack of communication and the painful experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope they take customer feedback into account and make improvements for the future. This was particularly disappointing for someone who previously trusted their service (especially No. 3) its just happened to be she's not available that particular day.

Really like the original thai massage. Try no 3, she is very professional & can scan which part of your body got problem. After i go for Traditional Thai Massage, My lower back pain totally relief.
