Very disappointed in visiting the doctor here .
Had a bad cough for serval weeks prior to this visit and being feeling very unwell .
Charged money for mouthwash and pils and sprays that were totally useless , never helped with my problem .
Would have been better if I visited a witch doctor ! .
I wish zero stars was available .
A couple of days later I go to hospital in hat yai and seen another doctor where it was confirmed I had bronchitis, where I was charged a fraction of the price , to be given the right medication that I needed to get better again .
Charged here £27 for mouthwash and cough syrup and a mouth spray that I ended up throwing in bin .

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your clinic.

Firstly, I had to wait almost 20 minutes for the doctor to arrive. When the doctor finally came, all he did was ask me to open my mouth without providing any meaningful examination or treatment. This was very frustrating, especially as I previously had a much better experience with the former doctor, whose treatment was effective and reassuring.

Secondly, I was issued the wrong bill and wrong medicine by the staff. When I highlighted the mistake, I was told the medicine was “the same” despite a difference in price. Such an explanation is unacceptable. Furthermore, asking me to “please understand” because the clinic is under renovation is not a valid excuse for providing substandard service.

I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service quality, staffing, and internal processes. Patients come to your clinic in need of proper medical care, and it is disappointing when their trust and time are not respected.

This is my first time going to a medical clinic in Malaysia and the experience was incredible. The wait was short, the doctor diagnosed what was wrong with me within 10 minutes and sent me off with antibiotics that I got from the clinic at a very low price. Better than anything Canada could provide and very fast. I'm impressed and definitely recommend coming here to anyone.

very good doctor but the staff at reception, although well meaning need training.

This was my third visit to the clinic. The doctor who i consulted with was very good. This time I wanted to follow up on an ongoing issue. I was waiting in reception and there were a few patients before me so it was going to be a long wait. I told the receptionist I would come back the next day. She told me that I could come back later and would be able to go in to see the doctor as I had waited so long. I did then return later, and she reassured me that she would tell the doctor as soon as the patient came out and I could go in. 45 minutes later and 4 patients had gone in with me asking and no action.I asked and I got a smile and a shrug (you can go in next) I walked out to go somewhere else.

I had to go to the clinic because I’ve started filling sick from my stomach in the middle of the night I’ve arrived there at midnight and I was welcomed by Emile and Thana. They’ve been amazing. Very kind. I was treated by Dr Alvin Dinesh and he completely knew what he had to do. I totally recommend this clinic if you’re in Georgetown and you’re feeling sick
