Agak cepat ye for me and mudah berurusan di imigresen utc ni. First time nak buat passport. Ambik nombor giliran kat apps QMS as soon as i sampai kat parking utc sbb tgk que number ada 4 je. Check awal pagi around 9am sorg je. So i guess tak ramai. Tp bila sampai eh ramai juga tapi laju!

For the first time kena ada copy fotostet ic. Tak jauh dari imigresen tu ada kedai gambar boleh buat copy kat situ je 30 sen je. Then akak kat kaunter 1 tidak senyum tapi tak marah juga tp tidak mengapa. Sbb jawab soalan dgn baik.

Tggu 3 org sblm saya around 15min camtu then snap gambar. Tggu giliran utk bayar pun around 10 min je then dia ckp lps sejam boleh ambik. So sy makan kat medan selera utc tu tak igt pulak nama kedai tp mee bandung dia mmg padu 😭 cuma green tea je tak rasa green tea tp manis sgt but sokay cover dgn mee bandung sedap sambil layan netflix kenyang happy sy dibuatnya.

Sy ambik awal 10 minit camtu then boleh ambik terus passport. Siap! Hihi lurvee sgt pejabat kerajaan yg laju ni!

Datang sini untuk daftar kelahiran anak sulung saya. Sampai disini lebih kurang 9:15. Jam 10:45 dah boleh ambil mykid. Alhamdulillah layanan sangat baik sejak dari mula masuk hingga selesai urusan. Dari akak guard dekat bawah, akak rela di pintu JPN, dan pegawai JPN juga semuanya murah dengan senyuman dan sangat membantu. Akak yang bekerja di kedai photocopy juga sangat mesra pelanggan. Saya doakan semua orang disini sentiasa dipermudahkan urusan dan diperluaskan pintu pintu rezeki untuk mereka.

Proses renew passport sepantas kilat. Engine kereta x sempat sejuk tau2 dah siap. Staff peramah, mesra dan knowledgeable about keluar masuk negara. I was attended by Puan Natashpilla. Thank you puan for your kindness and assistance.

Unproffesional behavior of a staff member at the Immigration Department, UTC Kuantan.

After completing the photo-taking process for my child’s passport application, I was instructed to proceed to the payment counter. At that time, it was 12:50 p.m., but there was no staff member present at the counter.

At exactly 1:00 p.m., a male staff member — a slightly older Malay man wear spec— appeared and informed us that it was already lunch break. He then told us to return after 2:00 p.m. for payment.

This incident clearly reflects a lack of discipline, responsibility, and respect for the public. The payment process would have taken less than five minutes, and it was still before the official break time when we arrived. Such behavior gives a poor image of government service and fuels negative public perception of civil servants as being lazy or neglectful of duty.

Because of this incident, I will be giving a low service rating. Employees with such attitudes are a liability to the government and tarnish the reputation of the entire department.

Pergi imigresen. Kes saya simple je. Pasport hilang, da lapor polis, now nak renew. Tp staf ckp sy dah batal pasport di Melaka previously. No, that's not true.

Mereka tak boleh proceed with renewal sbb sistem block pasport. Mereka ckp sy pnah mohon pembatalan tp sy yg lupa pnah buat mcm tu atau mungkin sy dah renew pasport dlu tp tak datang collect. Bermacam2 mungkin la. I said 🙅‍♀️.

Sy tnye tarikh/tahun so-called pembatalan pn mereka tak mampu identify drpd sistem. They even somehow asked me to go back to Melaka to rectify the issue. That's 4 hours away!

Finally, one staff (TQ Pn Azizah!) managed to analyse the system. Rupanya polis yg batalkan pasport sy sejurus selepas sy report kehilangan semalam. Ada staff siap pelik such thing could happen (smpi ingatkan ada org hack sistem). Pn Azizah terangkan polis ada access & bidang kuasa utk berbuat demikian.

Basically some immigration staff di sana tak faham sistem. Polis cekap buat kerja pun jadi masalah juga 😅. Jadi saya mohon staf imigresen dilengkapi dengan skil & pengetahuan analisa sistem yg tepat & terkini. 🙏

Terima kasih Pn Azizah sebab cekap analisa masalah. Minus the hiccup yg sy terangkan tdi, service yg lain semua bagus. Orang tak ramai.

Berurusan di pejabat imigresen sangat mudah dan cepat. Amik nombor queue dekat apps QMS pukul 6 pagi 👍🏻 Passport siap 1 jam 👍🏻 Renew IC dekat JPN pun cepat & mudah. Pergi pukul 9 pagi tak ramai orang and IC siap 1 jam jugak. Staf semua terbaik 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 btw saya pergi hari sabtu pukul 8-9 pagi tak ramai orang sangat
