Actually, I already knew about this pharmacy a few years ago before the COVID-19 pandemic, because at that time I went to Penang several times. This pharmacy became a favorite among us Indonesians for getting medication because the prices were cheap... the prices at Wellings Pharmacy could be about 55% cheaper than the lowest selling price in my city - Bandung (Perintis Pharmacy / Jaya Pharmacy). By coincidence, when I visited Johor Bahru on Monday, May 19, 2025, I casually tried to find Wellings Pharmacy on Google Maps....... and it turned out the store was there. without thinking twice, I went there on May 20, 2025, because in the evening of the same day, I would be back in Indonesia.

At Wellings Pharmacy Johor, I was served by a friendly pharmacist and also pharmacy's manager who provided a lot of information about the medicine I was going to buy (coincidentally, the brand name of the medicine was different but the content was the same), her name is Miss "Koh Chia Yan."

The price of the medicine offered to me by Miss Koh is very cheap (55% cheaper than the Indonesian pharmacy I often visit), and I was also given a bonus in the form of hair spray and wound medicine. For me, the service at Wellings Pharmacy is very good in terms of customer satisfaction, with very friendly prices, informative and friendly pharmacy staff. This makes me always recommend this pharmacy to my relatives in Indonesia... Good job Wellings, maintain and improve your service to customers, and especially for Miss Koh Chia Yan ... I give you two thumbs up 🙂
