After sales service here is tremendous. Ask for Kiran and he will get the wheelchair repaired and adjusted perfectly again. Main issue has been with the brake locking clip. My second year of maintenance already and the chair is still going strong.

About 8 years ago, my husband bought me my Wheelchair88, which gave me the mobility I had lost. When needing a new battery after seven years of use I recently contacted Wheelchair 88.com in the hope that I could hopefully buy a new one as no other electric folding wheelchair came close to matching "my 88", I have been so impressed with all the assistance and advice I have received from their customer service department that I would like to shout about it from the rooftops if I could. On receiving my new battery, adapter, and "New Improved Controller" I had them fitted for me the very same day it arrived (yesterday) and today I took "My 88" for its first run in nearly a year. I had almost forgotten how safe and secure I felt when comparing it to the one I had been using. When I first had my chair, I was constantly approached daily by several people who commented on its mobility and size as no one had ever seen such a "handy" size electric wheelchair. I have no qualms in recommending this wheelchair and in equal measure the assistance and support I have received from Wheelchair88.com. I cannot recommend them enough. I am once again able to travel over different terrains and tackle daily obstacles, secure, and, safe in the knowledge that I will not tip over or hurt my back as I have experienced with so-called "similar" light wheelchairs. I love my Wheelchair88 PW-999UL! The power of this chair is amazing and quipped with robust dual motors that give it exceptional torque. It’s strong enough to handle any surface, whether I’m indoors or outside. I’ve taken it on bumpy paths, up small hills, and even through grass, and it just keeps going without hesitation. I never feel like it’s struggling or losing power, which makes me feel safe and confident.

Took my ATTO Sport to eastern Europe. Lots of hills, cobbled streets (and footpaths). It was great. Went to most places without problems. It will climb much more than the 6% grade specified but if you're doing a lot of hill climbing the battery life becomes an issue so we ended up taking a taxi or public transport to the top at least. The ability to fold it quickly was a boon on public transport because you never know just how accessible the next one will be. Taxi drivers were amazed, first wondering how they were going to put this in their vehicle then watching how it folded down to a regular suitcase size. Airport check-in was easy but it has to be taken to the oversized baggage counter. Getting the battery through security was a little more complex but in the end not a problem.
One final thought. Get a cushion.
Another point worth mentioning is kerbs. Not all are graded even in Europe. The ATTO will drive down a 2 to 3 inch kerb but only up a 1 inch kerb. When you lift it by the tiller you find that it is perfectly balanced and the rear wheels also lift making it difficult to move forward. You need to lift it then shuffle forward until the front wheel is up on the footpath.

Excellent service by Kiran, the door to door house sale is very convenient and a headache saver. Answered all questions Clear and precise.

Though the shop is a little difficult to get to if you're having difficulties walking because the car park at Sunway Geo can be a maze and the shop is located is located quite far back of the mall. so if you're unlucky like i was to get out of the parking and find yourself on the other end from where they are it can get quite frustrating, but hey Door to door sale is there and just contact them without going through headaches.
